Breaking euroish hdi - Dave26 - 29-10-2013

Right, it's time to get rid. The big scrapyard in the sky is calling, so anyone who wants any bits off this let me know. Obvious one is the wheels, rears just legal and almost new rainsport 2s on fronts. Spec below, whole thing available for £470 (with 6 months tax) or £400 without.

Bad points:
Windscreen broken, still watertight but not driveable.
Gearbox is leaking oil, the clutch was done recently and I think it's possible due to this, could be a seal.
Exhaust is now hanging very low under the car as it has come loose.
Front bumper is bent out of shape as I drove it up a kerb (that I had parked behind but forgot was there) like an idiot! Not that noticeable but I know it's there.
Rear tyres are legal but not a huge amount of tread left.
I think there's slight camber on the rear beam.

Good points:
Stage 1 map from pro Steve
Berlingo clutch that's only done a few hundred miles and was fitted brand new
Banded steels with almost new rainsport 2s on the front.
Front mount
Half leather interior
Roof bars
Decent bodywork (apart from the front bumper), the odd car park ding.
Lowered, how much I'm not sure, but it's low!
Straight through exhaust
Dewipered
Rolled rear arches
Rallye blanks
Set of black masks that need sealing that are sat in the boot with a set of brand new plates

A lot of people wont take them if it's not rolling because they'll damage the bed of their truck.. just throw together some with the right pcd's doesn't matter if they're not matching sizes etc

RE: Breaking euroish hdi - HDIkyle - 30-10-2013

RE: Breaking euroish hdi - ginge191 - 30-10-2013

So yeh how much for the wheels given replacements provided?

RE: Breaking euroish hdi - Dave26 - 04-11-2013

Sorry just replying guys, working away and limited internet access. Looking at scrapping it this week before mot runs out. £200 plus replacement wheels takes the bandeds. Anything else you want make me an offer, but as I'm not there you'll have to come and take the parts off yourself, I can arrange for someone to be there.
