Poorly fitting door card? - underground375 - 24-10-2013

Hi all I no the brackets am different but I cant get my head round why the door card is fitting as it is.

Few pictures of what doesn't match and line up.

First up you have the line of the door card that runs across the length of the door. Notice that the gap from the far end to the near end have different spacing's.

Due to this the inner part of the door card does sit propley with the dash board.

Does the later model have a different strip which the door card holds onto?

I should note if I take the rubber strip off the line of the door follows the same angel as when the door card is fitted :S :S :S :S

This is the rubber strip im on about.

The door card has a lip that sits into that strip. Looks like the door card has been forced on to cause a gap difference.

The line of the door is the same as the dodgy line you see on the door card, Hopefully picking a few ph3 doors up the weekend, I reckon it is more then its worth keeping the
ph1 doors.
