exhaust hangers - John1.4 - 19-10-2013

well, since the catalytic convertor i just fitted is rubbish and an inch too short, the rear hangers don't line up Sad and the rubbers are really stretched almost to the point of not being able to cope,

the local motor factors can't get any in unitl after my MOT so was wondering where i stood in terms of what i can do? wire it? or try and get one of those adjustable rubber strap type ones from somewhere

nevermind, sorted now, unbolted the hanger off the chassis, and beat the life out of it until it was straight and about 2inch longer Smile

Halfords sell monster exhaust rubbers (meant for Ford's) cheap! Better than ecps bosal efforts.
