Annoying bounce - padge - 15-10-2013 Put my vortex on, and i thought the fronts needed balancing, had them done, and it still feels like they need balancing? Get a wobble at a certain speed.. RE: Annoying bounce - Jimbo - 15-10-2013 Bent wheels? RE: Annoying bounce - padge - 15-10-2013 nah there fine mate 100% think I might have a misshaped tyre? RE: Annoying bounce - Tom - 15-10-2013 Could quite possibly have a dodgy tyre. Swap front to back and see what happens. RE: Annoying bounce - padge - 15-10-2013 ye i'll try that. RE: Annoying bounce - sam - 15-10-2013 if the tyre was misshaped the steering wheel would shake straight away, and it would sound like a helicopter inside the car RE: Annoying bounce - padge - 15-10-2013 oh, and my passenger side wheel sits furtherback than my front, almost touching the wing..? RE: Annoying bounce - puglove - 16-10-2013 If one wheel is further back than the othe its a wishbone issue. Bent, f*cked bushes/ ball joint. Also i had a f*cked drive shaft give epic wheel wobble on a 306 before RE: Annoying bounce - padge - 16-10-2013 cant be driveshaft, it ran fine with steelies/cyclones as soon as I put these on it did it straight away RE: Annoying bounce - Toms306 - 16-10-2013 Tyre pressures the same? RE: Annoying bounce - padge - 16-10-2013 not checked. |
