boot lock inter' fault - Piggy - 24-09-2013 so weird one... ph3 boot lock, so no key. it jammed on locked at castle combe, so I got in via back seats and popped it open. then it worked fine for a day. this went on for a week. Got bored of it. So checked wiring loom between body/boot. Looks like new. Checked lock. Seemed sticky, so stripped down, greased up and it was loads freer. Tried it dozen times and all well. A car journey later and it did it again. So swapped lock servo motor. And its done it AGAIN! grrrr. what am I missing here?!?! RE: boot lock inter' fault - Mattcheese31 - 24-09-2013 long shot . . . the rubber adjustable things at the bottom corners of the boot, maybe screwed out too far and holding it tight? like i say long shot . . ![]() RE: boot lock inter' fault - Piggy - 25-09-2013 I'll have a look! Same fault occurs RE: boot lock inter' fault - Toms306 - 25-09-2013 Did you check the loom all the way back to the plugs in the rear quarter? If its a new loom might not have been pushed in tight.
