fiting a servo - dturbo ash - 23-09-2013

has anyone ever fited a servo to a hdi? Just I need to change mine at weekend,
any help would be nice. Thankyou.

not too bad a job...access is just very tight.

why the change? very rare to fail

When I press brake there a hissing come from servo dose dash have to come out

have you checked the hose?!! and connection?

lol, no, dont need to remove dash Rofl

If I move the rod that goes to brake pedal I can make it hiss
I take it bolts from behind dash

yeah thats right.

take MC off.
take off the brake pedal connection.
unbolt servo. remove.

may need to rock engine forward to get it out

I looked under dash I can't see any bolts

There under the sound proofing 4 x 13mm nuts you'll need a knife a long extension and a uj to get them all
