What do these do, how do they fit and are they worth having?

they do what they say they do!!!!
but generally considered crap and not worth it.
I am, and I think another owner is, working with powerflex to make some proper rear uprated bushes.

Just can't figure out how/where they fit to figure out how they actually add tension to the beam.

they fit in the gaps in the rear bushes on the rear beam.

Theres no reason why they wouldnt work, but i would of thought a set of proper solid beam mounts would be better.

For the price well worth getting to stiffen the beam a bit more or if old ones are getting knackered and no funds to buy solid ones.

when you see them, you realise what a bodge they are....
.however I will be fitting mine, I will try and sort some pics for you, while I wait for powerflex to work on full replacement bushes

thats shit concept of stiffening up your passive rear steer ,
think it would benefit slightly more if you were fitting new mount

My mounts are fine, just couldn't work out the concept of these and if they were really worthwhile.

Look at my project and you'll see these fitted. They go in the little gaps on the square beam mounts, screw through the top to hold them in. Car felt a bit more stable while still having a bit of rear steer. They are a half way house between standard and solid mounts really

not really.
the rear mounts when new still flex in your hand...they do that for a reason, the passive rear steer. the little inserts almost wipe out that movement. If they were the price of peanuts(!) it be ok...but they too expensive at rrp for my liking
