Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 12-08-2013 As titled; need a bolt on turbo with elbow and oil line IF different from GT15 or T2 - as good condition as possible. What's going? Price posted please. RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - Pompey306mark - 12-08-2013 I have my old t25 or a td04. But td04 has no line or actuator. RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 12-08-2013 could you text me some details on the T25 mate - what's on it, how long you ran it for, shaft condition (giggedy) x RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - Ed Doe - 12-08-2013 And a loom, no? And a Top-mount set-up? I'm not trying to be a knob, trying to help you out, but from what I remember you needed both these? Another thing, I forgot at the time, but thinking back; the 406 cooler is too wide for the chassis legs of a 306!! Just don't want you to spend ages faffing about only to find you cant run it at all!!! ![]() RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 12-08-2013 (12-08-2013, 01:12 PM)Ed Doe Wrote: And a loom, no? RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - Pompey306mark - 12-08-2013 It's the t25 on my old engine. RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 12-08-2013 ![]() ok, how many miles was it on your old engine for? any issues with boosting? Specially made plates, t25 off a Nissan 300zx, I think I was a new actuator too. You have been in it so you should know how it drives. RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 12-08-2013 awesome - is it off the car? The T2 line fits? as for drain, does ths standard drain fit or does that need modding? and how much? RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - Pompey306mark - 12-08-2013 Engine is out. Just needs stripping. Everything but the turbo was new and I believe standard. Come up Saturday if you are free to have a look at it. RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 12-08-2013 i may well be around; what are you running if not the t25? also, how much for this setup? RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - Pompey306mark - 12-08-2013 I have my new engine with gearbox mounted td05. I don't have a price just yet as really need to see its condition. One guy sold his setup for 150 on here I believe. When I say come up I meant krisB's but I will try and bring the turbo home so mine on Sunday maybe. Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 12-08-2013 Ok mate. Sounds good; but I couldn't/wouldn't pay anywhere near £150 for a fairly (in terms of what can be bought now) old turbo and in honesty, fairly laggy turbo. It would only be running in a slightly modded 9mm. If you need I shifted, let me know x RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 14-08-2013 bump to this RE: Bolt on turbo XUD. - ginge191 - 15-08-2013 To the top |
