RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Just Sean - 02-08-2013

Yeh i supose but i dont have to worry about crashing a go kart lol

Find out some details and you my good sir have yourself a sale

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Grant - 02-08-2013

Provisionally yes, but I'd be amazed if you could arrange it. No disrespect to you, but theres a lot more to it than meets the eye. Imagine if Niall hit a gravel trap, rolled his car and impaled himself to a point of death on a line pin. Not the sort of publicity the RAF want...

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Just Sean - 02-08-2013

Its not just a drag strip. Will be making a traxj?

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Jonny81191 - 02-08-2013

Hell yeah!

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - samass - 02-08-2013

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Poodle - 03-08-2013

Not at £30 for £15 minutes, thats show prices mate, but possibly if the price comes down.

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Just Sean - 03-08-2013

The price is just an idea. I'm not sure how far I'm gonna get with this at all atm... Its happened in the past though, so its not out of reach

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Midnightclub - 03-08-2013

^^ this

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Just Sean - 03-08-2013

Me and my mate Bryn will be organising it. Got some meetings in the next couple of weeks to see how far, at our rank, we can take it.

Obviously theirs this like security and health and safety which will be big hurdlesz

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Tallguy_2 - 03-08-2013

Id be intrested but that's dearer than Castle Combe chief!

Four sessions on a coned out RAF odiham would be the same price as open track evening at brands hatch

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - swampy - 05-08-2013

See if you can find out who sorts the ones out at coningsby and Woodbridge then speak to them to help sort it out

RE: gi track day at raf odiham. - Ben - 06-08-2013

Might be worth speaking to people at RAF Marham if you know anyone there? They have been setting up 2 trackdays every year for quite a few years now. It's for charity, and they charge £60 for open pit all day for one car, plus a tenner for every extra driver.
