RE: chageing turbo? - Midnightclub - 01-08-2013 ^^ One of 4 turbos... k14 - T2, GT15 - KO3 RE: chageing turbo? - ADV_93 - 01-08-2013 (01-08-2013, 03:33 PM)Midnightclub Wrote: ^^ One of 4 turbos... k14 - T2, GT15 - KO3 Weren't KO3 only on HDi? RE: chageing turbo? - ADV_93 - 02-08-2013 The KO3 and GT15 are the same size, and the K14/T2 are the same size. Out of all 4 you either want the T2 or the GT15 RE: chageing turbo? - padge - 02-08-2013 no, t2 or k14 RE: chageing turbo? - ADV_93 - 02-08-2013 tbf it's all preference m8 RE: chageing turbo? - strictly_perv - 02-08-2013 They're all shit! But if I were to get a standard one I'd go for a K03/GT15 for the spools RE: chageing turbo? - ADV_93 - 02-08-2013 To be honest i've heard countless times from countless people which is the "best turbo" to have... RE: chageing turbo? - padge - 02-08-2013 ko3 gt15 for less lag as there smaller, but they dont cope for long running decent boost, whereas t2 and k14 can take some abuse and make ok power RE: chageing turbo? - Mattcheese31 - 03-08-2013 depends on your driving style i guess and whether you're gonna gov mod or not, i like the bigger standard turbos personally . ![]() RE: chageing turbo? - ADV_93 - 03-08-2013 Basically to narrow it down, the K03 or GT15 are for city badmans and the other are better suited to country roads. RE: chageing turbo? - c.gerrard - 03-08-2013 Not really, you would want a quicker spooling turbo on country roads, shouldn't be going quick enough to make use of a bigger one! Stop complaining. If you're on a country road, you want a turbo that's good for in gear acceleration, GT15/KO3's have that to a degree, but they're soon out of boost |
