Hi, just bought a 1998 306 xsi from an auction site and after 2 days ownership have a list of things i need to put right. I know i should have gone for a test drive but always like a challenge and think this will be one
will have a look around to see if i can find some answers.

air bag light on, removed front seat and remade connecter.. fixed
lock car and it unlocks itself.. fixed
fans not working when car get almost to red.. new temp sender.. fixed
all by reading these pages so thanks to everyone!
brakes not that good, took to local garage and needed 4 x disks and pads all around... £280
old disks were completely shot.interior has holes in door cards and seats... not in a hurry to do that.
guess that's what you get buying from Ebay and not looking first.

shame you didnt do the brakes yaself...could have got better stuff for much less.

I live on a main road so not possible at the mo.
at least its done. cambelt and water pump next job.
