Can someone tell me what this is I found hiding behind my rear door card!!

My central locking works when I use the key in the doors, but the car never come with a remote????

Yeah, with that unit unplugged it will still lock on the key, but not with the remote. You should also notice that the interior light does not work with it unplugged, and possibly the warning for the headlights being left on will not sound.

My interior light works fine, is tht why that small plug is bridged?

Could be. Someone with a bit more electrical knowledge would probably be able to advise better than me on that. Unplug it and see what happens. If the interior light no longer works then you have your answer

Well you have me thinking now, first thing that comes to my head is WHY!??? Faulty unit maybe. Or mr joe blocks fort he'd mess about!. I will plug it all back in tomo and see what happens, see if I get anymore features back
(Like my light warning sound).If someone does no what that two wire plug is tho would be really good to no before hand
