RE: passenger window - DarkInferno - 09-07-2013 A pillar wire broken... unfortunately the problem wire could be in the loom to either door RE: passenger window - bighead02 - 10-07-2013 Is there any quick way of finding out or is it a case of stripping off the pillars and going from there? Cheers RE: passenger window - DarkInferno - 10-07-2013 wind the window up and down while opening/closing each of the front doors.... if you get any changes then that is the side to start looking.. RE: passenger window - Niall - 10-07-2013 Will be a broken wire in the drivers door flexi loom ![]() RE: passenger window - bighead02 - 09-08-2013 IS it easy enough to fix? RE: passenger window - Niall - 09-08-2013 err its very fiddly! Time to get the soldering iron out. Open the door and find the rubber tube leading from the body to the door. You will see a cable tie around it. Cut it and pull the rubber back to expose the cables. |
