Got a bolt that's sheared off on the drivers side of the cam cover, won't affect the running or cause any problems will it?

On a 6 btw

Poss have a slight oil leak from it. Has it snapped off flush or is there a bit still sticking up?

Think there's some sticking up still but at the minute it seems alright with no leaks
