Rocking seats - tigerstyle - 20-06-2013 Not rocking in a good 'cool' way... ![]() My drivers seat is slightly loose on the runners so under acceleration/braking you can feel it pivot backwards and forwards slightly, is there an easy way to fix this? I hope it's just a plastic guide bush underneath on the seat rails or similar I can replace? Anyone got a part number or diagram for me? Cheers ![]() RE: Rocking seats - Jonny81191 - 20-06-2013 Probably the bolts holding the seat to the subframe come loose. Remove the seat and they're pretty obvious. I'd personally use threadlock on them as my brother's have come loose only a few months after he tightened them. RE: Rocking seats - Piggy - 20-06-2013 either bolts or its the height adjusters knackered, a friends 306 does it, as does my wifeys 106...new seat time RE: Rocking seats - Leedunn86 - 20-06-2013 Mine had a bolt missing which attatches the seat to the runners which made rock, couldnt find a bolt to replace it so used a nut and bolt with washers i found in my shed. Probably easier to remove the seat from the car and have a look underneath. RE: Rocking seats - tigerstyle - 20-06-2013 Thanks for the ideas, raining now or I'd go have a look! |
