Nah, he knows the car, i'm a minor celebrity round these parts. He also MOT'd the GTi and the estate last year. I know he's lenient.. but tbh i'm hoping he can find the front end clunk i've been looking for for months. Don't mind a fail sheet as it gives me a definite list to fix.

well this will be fun. Fixed a LOT yesterday, rear brakes got a complete rebuild with some, er, modifications designed to pass the handbrake test. Wiring tidied up, engine bay cleaned up, new bulbs.. f*ck it. Itll be an experience..

It may be an hour after, but the MOT tester has had to nip out to get more ink and paper for his printer cos the fail list is so long! haha

Got a call from him saying he had a couple of guys off ill saturday so they're backed up with work, going in tomorrow now. Kinda glad as it meant I could rebuild my calipers properly, handbrake's rock solid now
