Driver's door umbilical pin diagram - Smiley69 - 13-06-2013

Morning guys & Girls,

does anyone have a diagram detailing which pins do what for Ph2 306 driver's door umbilical? I have 12v on one pin and 9v at two other pins.

Having snags with my driver's electric window and operating the pax window from the driver's side.

Pax window operates correctly from the pax door switch.

Cheers.

S69

Just found this on another site which details pin position to colour and wiring number, however I haven't confirmed it's 100% correct;

ok this may help someone if your drivers door harness wires are broken and are un-repairable.
first purchase a new door harness from Peugeot part number 6542vQ.
So now you have a new connector with 23 tails of wire, all the tails are numbered but because your new connector is moulded you cannot see which wire goes to which terminal. The numbers are next to the terminals but you need very good eyes. if you look at the terminals your numbering is as follows-

3 2 1
8 7 6 5 4
14 13 12 11 10 9
19 18 17 16 15
23 22 21 20

Now you have 23 tails on your new connector and you need to know which wires on the car to connect them to. here is a fairly solid guide. This does not apply to the sedan
1--------not connected
2--------brown A305
3--------blue 606
4--------white 607
5--------yellow
6--------red 842
7--------red 813
8--------red 6000
9--------grey 6201
10-------orange 6211
11-------purple 6231
12-------orange 6251
13-------red 640
14-------blue 641
15-------white 642
16-------red 8611
17-------Earth m600
18-------purple 6221
19-------white 6291 0r 6791
20-------blue 6290
21-------not connected
22-------not connected
23-------white V19
