So I'll just copy the ad from what I posted on gumtree.
1997 Peugeot 306 XLdt in Bianca White. 179k miles.
Currently SORNed and without an MOT.
Recently failed MOT on corrosion on O/S rear brake pipe ferrule, worn out strut top bearing on O/S front suspension, and incorrect beam pattern on passenger side headlight.
These problems won't be expensive to fix, but perhaps a little bit fiddly. I'm simply testing the water to see if anybody is interested in the complete car as it is.
Positives - It has electric front windows, remote central locking (which still works!), electric sunroof and half leather seats. It also has Team Heko wind deflectors on the front doors.
Negatives - Rev counter does not work, nor does the heated rear window. Minor damage to front passenger door where it was bent outwards in a break-in.
The car starts and drives perfectly and would make a good cheap workhorse for somebody willing to put in an afternoon's work to get it through another MOT. I have been using it as a daily driver for the last 3 years without it skipping a beat.
The car is located just outside Turriff, in Aberdeenshire. It'll need trailered away due to the lack of MOT and tax. It's actually been running a stage 1 tune at 22psi on a Bosch pump for the last 18 months at least (I've not mentioned that on gumtree!).
