Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - silverzx - 09-05-2013 Providing my TD04 goes on without any problems in the next week or so I will no longer be needing my T25. It was rebuilt by Dave11 including a 360 thrust bearing and welded wastegate and I've probably covered less than 2,000 miles with it fitted prior to selling up my 306. I was running 26~28 PSI on a gov/lda 9mm pump & FMIC and a few people can vouch it was pretty quick and sounded sweet (counting on you Andy and Danny). ![]() With a modified 9mm pump no reason why it couldn't pull 170BHP, Jenks certainly did. With 11mm no reason why it couldn't pull 190BHP. Just bear in mind its quite a laggy turbo, which some people prefer. I read a thread over on a Saab forum recently which was describing it as being almost as big as a TD05 but can't find the link unfortunately. Just do some research if you are unsure what your buying! Any questions, please ask. My old car it was fitted too: ![]() And some size differences between the T2 (largest stock turbo) and the T25: ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - darrenjlobb - 09-05-2013 Just to reference, the t25 is nothing LIKE the size of a td05! RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - Midnightclub - 09-05-2013 Can vouch for trent on this, sounded sweet and went very well when i last saw it ![]() RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - silverzx - 09-05-2013 (09-05-2013, 11:47 AM)darrenjlobb Wrote: Just to reference, the t25 is nothing LIKE the size of a td05! As the boss man says! ![]() RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - ozonehostile - 09-05-2013 yeah.... this is a td05 ![]() fair bit bigger haha RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - Jenkosowls - 10-05-2013 The dead pug pulled 173 on a 9mm with a small fmic it this was with the pump maxing out. It pulled 170 straight up with ease on the 11mm which was starving its self of fuel at the time due to a clogged fuel filter so the true potential was never found after it chucked its gear box which is a shame as itl be never know what figure it was in its prime Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - td_dan - 10-05-2013 What sort of price you got in mind mate could make the 205 very interesting RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - Josh_Quant - 11-05-2013 what sort of price pm me RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - silverzx - 14-05-2013 Will be looking for about £150 as a straight fit bolt on kit for 306 XUD. RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - Josh_Quant - 14-05-2013 how laggy is it then? and whats included RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - silverzx - 14-05-2013 Pretty laggy, from what I've seen from my TD04 I'd say the T25 pulls harder once it actually gets going and sounds epic (to be fair any bigger turbo does). The downpipe is a bit better then the other ones I have too. You will definitely want to GOV mod your pump though to get any decent use out of it. Here's a variety of pictures, it's the one on the left: ![]() From left to right: T25, TD04L, K14. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD - silverzx - 03-06-2013 This definitely up for sale now.
