RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - bigcheez2k3 - 02-02-2014 Yes. 5 characters. RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - Niall - 02-02-2014 Correct Paul. If you want to make the window nice and smooth, id suggest replacing the rubber ring that goes in the bottom of the glass as well. I did both on my drivers window and its perfect now. Passengers one still jumps about. RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - cully - 09-02-2014 had a very productive day yesterday and today repaired the estates n/s arch buy welding in a patch on Saturday and.. today it the six's day started off today by clearing out the garage putting away all the tools so i had some space to weld...... decided to repair the drivers window as i collected my plastic widow guide from Peugeot on Friday easy job basically pull out the side seal, clip plastic guide to window, slide seal over guide and work it into the door channel, done now have working drivers window again next job was to tackle the drivers seat, as the frame was broken, so removed the seat from the car, into the garage. took the seat squab off the base frame so i could see the broken tube and frame realigned up the tube and welded it back together cleaned it up and lewis gave it a coat of paint on the welds the seat cushion base has been digging into my thy so decided to take the leather cover off to see if i could improve it. to my surprise it looked an easy fix as the foam had broken away and was breaking up, so out came the duct tape to cover the foam to give it its shape back, now to find something to pack up the side wings, as they are supported on bars which were digging in me...... Lewis had a great idea of using the wifes washing up sponge's so one of these were duct taped into the slot where the bar sits into the foam cushion. leather cover was refitted and all fitted back into the car test fitted and it seams to be quite a good fix the side support has firmed up loads and now don't dig in my thy Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - devils_fuel - 09-02-2014 These will be mint by the summer RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - Grant - 09-02-2014 Nice idea about the padding on the seat frame! Where abouts had the seat broken down the bottom then? RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - cully - 09-02-2014 the seat was broken in two place's very close to each other 1st was the main tube at the rear, the one in the picture as it bend down was totally detached 2nd was the hook plate was broken off the main tube above with both broken it made the seat very unstable into corners its a lot better now RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - Grant - 09-02-2014 Jesus, I've never seen that before. Good job you fixed it really. Could cause the farmers to flare up! RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - cully - 01-03-2014 its been play day today so i decided to replace the standrad rear engine mount for a vibra tec mount had to strip the long drive shaft out, so then decided to replace both driveshaft oil seals as the gearbox oil was drained fingers crossed that will stop the dots on the drive went for a drive certanly feels tighter theres a little more vibration up front when on tickover but not noticable once moving RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM - Tom - 01-03-2014 They are excellent mounts. Even though i seem to be breaking everything since i fitted it lol. Feels great when your hooning and on/off the clutch really quick up through the gears!
