I sold the XUD engine bits to various people to live on… The aim with the GTi-6 track car is to run it as it is for this year, a 200-220hp naturally aspirated track car, whilst I save the money and build a 500hp capable Supercharged (or perhaps turbocharged) motor for next years show/track season. The car itself handles brilliantly, is plenty quick enough for current track use but knowing I’ll get bored there’s an engine on the stand in the garage waiting for it’s new uprated internals….
