Primer bulb sucked in and wont return?! - 306 d turbo - 27-03-2013
Driving along,lost power.
will start after alot of turning over,then when moving off will pull ok for 5 seconds then just shut down.
Primer bulb is fully sucked in!Wont return to normal position
Any Suggestions

fuel tank strainer pickup is blocked or kinked damaged pipe from the tank to the primer
