hi when starting car in morning 1.9d goes on with 1st turn of key but idle roughs and then puff of smoke out of exhuast and will be fine the rest of the day till the next morning, was thinking glowplugs put it starts 1st turn would that not rule them out?

could be one dicky glowplug . . .most of them do it though mate to be honest, nowt to worry about . .

just wait to get harder to start then look about glowplugs? only started doing it last month or so

mines been doing it for over a year now, had new plugs but just doesnt like the cold
