Nippy little Bugger! - Rich306 - 08-03-2013 Just running the hot tap to do some washing up and it then turned into a case of turning the entire kitchen upside down to catch this little bugger!! Seeing a Mouse run across your kitchen side into hiding is something i did not expect to see!! Cheeky bugger ate through my decent bread ![]() ![]() Resultant mess trying to catch him! ![]() Followed by holding him by his tail cos he kept biting me! ![]() ![]() I thought i'd be nice (even though he ate through my nice bread ![]() RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Dicky - 08-03-2013 Little bastard, I had one in my flat along time ago and took me about 45 minutes to catch it.. at that time of catching it my dog decided he was hungry :/ RE: Nippy little Bugger! - cully - 08-03-2013 Nice Rat you have there! RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Niall - 08-03-2013 Did he actually bite you? They can carry some pretty nasty things! Personally I would of shot it like I did the rats the dog found in te garden lol RE: Nippy little Bugger! - ozonehostile - 08-03-2013 fairplay for actually catching it, out here in the c'untry its all about the air rifle in these scenarios haha :p Re: Nippy little Bugger! - Dan! - 08-03-2013 Had a mouse in the house the other day aswel Bloody cats! RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Poodle - 08-03-2013 Might be worth reporting to the council, where you've got one rat there's usually plenty more... RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Rich306 - 08-03-2013 It was a mouse, not a rat thankfully ![]() Cute little bugger if i must say so, was considering keeping him as a pet and naming him Jaws! he didn't puncture the skin, so after bleaching the sides and cleaning my hands all is well. RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Matt - 08-03-2013 Little fucker. Would get some traps down now though, there are usually a family close by RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Rich306 - 08-03-2013 (08-03-2013, 06:24 PM)Matt Wrote: Little fucker. I will do soon, although this is the first i've seen of them so i'll wait RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Piggy - 08-03-2013 would have so killed him...they can travel a long long way if they know theres a warm home with food.... My bet is he'll be back RE: Nippy little Bugger! - lolsteve - 08-03-2013 We had a mouse in the house last year, took 3 of us good part of an evening to corner him where all was ended by the throwing of a heavy shoe ...an one more for good measure RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Scott - 08-03-2013 I don't know man, that looks a lot like a rat to me! RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Oil-burner - 08-03-2013 Cant believe no ones done this yet RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Andy - 08-03-2013 Get your rat out... I'll get my coat. That looks like a mouse IMO. Slightly too small to be a Rat RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Dum-Dum - 08-03-2013 Small rat IMO. Looks quite wide at the back end so more rat like than mouse. Id of killed him cos hell be back now he knows where the food is. This is one of the reasons dogs are great, anything small and fury in the house doesn't stand a chance, he even chases the bigger spiders. Defo get some traps down just in case. Best way for an easy kill once youve trapped them is a dustbin full of water and drop the fucker in, the weight of the trap will make sure it sinks RE: Nippy little Bugger! - lewisdmz - 08-03-2013 Some f*cking mouse! They are usually tiny aren't they? Looks like a ratty to me. RE: Nippy little Bugger! - cwspellowe - 08-03-2013 I had one in a flat I stayed in in Edinburgh. Little bastard only ever came out at night and didn't fall for any traps. So i stuck a cork in the hole in the skirting board and the little bastard went quiet a couple of days later ![]() RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Poodle - 08-03-2013 That's one seriously huge mouse! Surprised it was bold enough to be out and about in the light as well, the phrase "timid as a mouse" isn't just a quirk of language... And wtaf did it do to that bread, that's savage! RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Jonny81191 - 08-03-2013 5.56 onwards ![]() RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Rich306 - 08-03-2013 As said, it's more about my bread being eaten that i'm annoyed about. lol. Poor little thing Squeaked when i picked it up lol, i don't like hurting little animals! I know i know, 6 years of the army and you'd think i'd have more of a black heart haha RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Jake - 08-03-2013 My cats bring mice in all the time, and birds and rabbits.. death is the best way for them. RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Piggy - 08-03-2013 that is a big mouse to be fair... but me and the lab got a rat in the grounds here the other day...would make most rabbits look like hamsters...it was HUGE! RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Rich306 - 09-03-2013 Thankfully i'm not scared of the little ones, if anything i'm more intrigued by them lol! RE: Nippy little Bugger! - Ruan - 09-03-2013 I'm surprised you're not holding it above the hob, with the hob on! RE: Nippy little Bugger! - procta - 09-03-2013 should have kept it as a pet or gave it to some one who has a snake. Dude, i wouldn't do such a thing to the poor bugger! Plus it would stink the place out. Nippy little Bugger! - kentiiboii - 10-03-2013 I was on toilet having a dump once when one popped out the wall. Was very cute and brown. So naturally I called him jerry. Because I was half way through having a shit I left him there playing till I'd finished. |
