Only one that would really affect starting after clutch change RE: changed clutch and now not starting - Niall - 28-02-2013 When you switch the key to postition 2, can you hear the fuel pump under the back seats priming? RE: changed clutch and now not starting - Carlos vinyls - 28-02-2013 is that the right near the gear box the one you have to take off when the gear box comes out as can see any over than that one niall not a 100% will check now RE: changed clutch and now not starting - Danny2009 - 28-02-2013 Not sure if the 1.8 is the same but the 2 earths on top of the gearbox tight? If its not plugged in, it wont start. RE: changed clutch and now not starting - Carlos vinyls - 28-02-2013 yer the battery one and the over one on of the box yes all tight yes that all plugged in RE: changed clutch and now not starting - Carlos vinyls - 28-02-2013 there no sound from the fuel pump RE: changed clutch and now not starting - Danny2009 - 28-02-2013 Wait for Niall to get back on that one, Easy one to do is check the fuses RE: changed clutch and now not starting - Niall - 28-02-2013 i would suggest double checking that both the green and yellow earth and the black earth are bolted cleanly and tightly to the box. RE: changed clutch and now not starting - C2K - 28-02-2013 You're missing an earth here for sure. IIRC doesn't the EML come on until a successful start, then extinguish?
