The 306OC support wagon! - Niall - 17-02-2013

Well guys some of you may have heard about a ninja project over the past few days. Well here it is.

Basically long story short, i was given a van and i had no where to put it so offered it to a select few on here. Scott had room to store it and wanted cheap motoring so we came to a deal!
Its a 1.9NAD on 103k and its well tatty but not that that matters. We will be doing alot of work to it over the coming months ready for show season where it will be going on track at fcs and up the hill at pugfest.

So far, i have to give a massive thanks to BigCheez for donating a XUD and box, Dumdum for donating a few very useful bits, KrisB for donating a turbo and a few bits, GB Graphics for agreeing to sign write it for us for us at cost, Vaughn for donating a TD04 and Ed/Fooby for donating some GTi shocks and springs.
The idea is guys, this is going to be cheap. If anyone has any parts they want to donate, feel free Smile Also if anyone has any epic ideas to do it, speak up Smile

We spoke about that today. We are going to have a wall inside where all donators can sign and write there own little bit. Seeing as there is shit loads of room as well and seeing as we are going to have 230v inside it, we are considering putting a full size fridge in it for shows and some tools because its inevitable that someone will break down. Oh and maybe a roof exit exhaust ninja

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Anton - 17-02-2013

Want some black lasers?

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Just Sean - 17-02-2013

Been done already. Would rather it said Royal Fail, or something completely different! Big Grin

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Niall - 17-02-2013

I would love it to say royal fail but we could have a slight bit of legal issues with them if it ever gets noticed.

i was thinking on the royal fail tbh, the royal nail was done with a escort van that had a cosworth lump in it. be just as mad with a pug with a derv engine in it.

or the royal 306

narrrr they'd be no issues there mate . .get it done, there's a dude with a pole-ice car that really looks close to the real thing and they can't do anything about that . .Smile

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Niall - 17-02-2013

Also, something nice and free but we do need is a driveway or somewhere to do the engine swap and preferably someone with a engine crane! We have almost everything ready for the change now minus a bosch pump so will hopefully be doing it end of march. Ruan has kindly agreed to come and meet us and help with the change.

BTW, does anyone know if the non turbo bosch lines and injectors are the same as the turbo bosch ones?

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Pete - 17-02-2013

Royal Snail, With a turbo snail sticker! Bodywork looks straighter than mine lol

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Danny2009 - 17-02-2013

EPIC!!!!!

Its very pink. My mum used it for her business for 5 years and it was never washed or looked after once. Theres a few dents and the drivers door is f*cked but for a 14 year old van, its pretty straight!

BTW as you can tell from the colour, it was ex royal mail and you can still see the stickers on the side lol

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Pompey306mark - 17-02-2013

Lines might be the same, not sure about the injectors.

But you can use 205 lines.

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Scott - 17-02-2013

I like the sound of Royal Snail lol

This car is going to be unbelievably epic.

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - Niall - 17-02-2013

Oh yeah and we dont hang about getting it on the right fuel lol

RE: The 306OC support wagon! - bigcheez2k3 - 17-02-2013

Turbo injectors are different I think, different break pressures (something like that)
