Power steering help URGENT - Jonny b - 31-01-2013

Hey guys my little sisters car has pissed all its power steering fluid out, can I just stuff a belt from a non pas model on till I get a chance to have a look

RE: Power steering help URGENT - cully - 31-01-2013

idler pullys might be wrong so the belt routing might be wrong but it would be worth a shot

RE: Power steering help URGENT - Connor - 31-01-2013

Just measure are the pulleys you want the belt to around, then get down the locamotor factors and get the belt closest to the measurement, the belt part no will be something like 6pk1208. The 1208 will be the length of the belt in mm and the 6pk will be the number of ribs. So just get a belt with the part no closest to 6pk****

They're being lazy and not looking properly. The part you want is number 12 and they're £40-£50 depending on your model.
