Hi all, just wondering if a Xzara TD (not HDI) gearbox is interchangeable with a ZX TD engine?
Or vice versa?

Yep. Same box but may/may not have different ratios

Not too fussed about the ratios, been offered a seriously low mileage Xzara TD engine for my ZX Volcane TD but needed to know if my original gearbox would fit?

Thanks for all your fast replies, I was pretty sure it would be the same but didn't fancy stripping everything out only to find I needed the gearbox as well.
