Just been offered a 306 2.0XSi which where I will be living in a couple of weeks my insurance will drop SIGNIFICANTLY. Here's the catch, the 306 has come off the road and hit a verge, no real damage as such but it has bust the rad and now it won't turn over...Will it run again or will it be a new engine job? Bloke who offered it to me wants £200 for it.

Probably just the inertia cut off switch. Give him £200 for it, press the red button behind the battery and start it. Job done. If that doesnt do it, break it for parts

do you know if it was run after the rad burst? could have overheated very fast and done some serios internal damage

But not too sure on whether it was run after the collision I would like it but wouldn't like for it to be sat around and not being used all I'm after is an easy project to get me back into the realms of 306 ownership!

What AGR is the xsi? If its the old 8v engine avoid it
If its the newer 16v engine... Avoid it

The lot of you just f*ck off I mean actually feck off haha. I was not wanking, Soapy's mum is a brunette, I prefer redheads. Although she is a bit of a MILF as Andy (ash240970) now knows!
