I think there's a whole site dedicated to people who park Inconsiderately - it's called youparklikeac%nt or something - can't remember whether it's .net or .something or other lol just remember to swap the % symbol for a u if doing a google search

I would have just stopped at day-time running lights tbh, regardless of where they are they're pointless crap.
People who think it's funny to smash wing mirrors, the odd car window or scratch rude messages into the door when they're walking home pissed from the pub/square/wetherspoons/whatever skank-pit they've been infesting for the last 4 hours.

The old woman who driving in front of me today thought it would be a good idea to go from 27mph in a 30 to 10-15 mph.. WHY!!!
Also another old woman who literally had a 15 point turn in the road.
Sometimes old people cant drive!
