Ive ordered something almost exactly the same but it reads in 3 round digital gauges off ebay for 6.99 and thats going in the center console of mine.

Yes that's a tinted sheet of perspex covering the dials. And yes that's a row of switches being put in where the HU was. And yes you can see the dials through the tint.
And no i'm not telling anyone what's happening yet.
