There is a high probability that it is someone who regularly takes the pi$$ with the tap tap tap jokes
In all probability it is someone that lives fairly local to him or regularly passes nearby at late o'clock at night.

Niall and grant-already denied. Could be calling a bluff
Scott and Kim- out of country. Unless in the name of heroic trolling got a provable jet or something....
Dum-Dum- wouldn't have been able to keep it this quiet
Samass- wouldn't be able to fuel the barge
Curt- he's a right ninja but would have told me
VLJ- wouldn't have made it, his seats would have fallen out or something
Me- well.... You would have heard the tapping
Fooby- would hve fallen over into the car
Only other culprits I can think of are Ruan (any excuse to troll ed) stictly_derv (hes local, so a possibility) or mazz (i so hope its this as would be falling epic) haha

We have a group of people at my work who have the distinction of getting a snotty email from the site manager regarding "aggressive driving in the underground carpark", or even better have been told off by their manager for it.
