Guys I've been in touch with the guys at ace cafe about us all being together and just got a reply:
Hi Niall
Thank you for contacting us.
I have noted your attendance & asked that the â??rampâ?? in front of the cafe be reserved for your cars until 6.30pm so I hope that  most of you will be able to get here by then to get yourselves in position!

I know it's not ideal having to be there by half 6 but even if we can get the ramp mostly filled, we can always swap cars around for photos when people get there.

Well if the people get there before half 6 park "properly" then we can take up the space for x amount of cars, then when everyone gets there, we could squeeze everyone in

Just so you're aware guys, the staff there will guide you in to spaces so if you don't park correctly they will move you. However most people are gone by about half 9/10, so as and when people leave we can shuffle around and keep getting more of us on the ramp outside.
I hope someone is bringing a decent camera for some really cool night shots!

I reckon everyone staying late and getting late shots is probably the best, that way i can have a kip before i turn up and dont have to drive in rush hour traffic.
