Yeah, I kinda got a bit confused and thought my wheels needed painting again lol

RE: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - Curt - 23-04-2013

Very sorry, I'm probably basing it more on the last paint job I saw on them when they were grey lol

RE: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - Jonny81191 - 23-04-2013

TBF, they need doing properly, but they could be a lot worse..

Re: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - vlj - 23-04-2013

Once I have another set of wheels I can put on the car, I'll send them off to get powder coated, but they are currently all I have.

Jesus your wheels are filthy Tongue Give them a clean! That decat looks like it'll be very low down to the ground, have you got a photo from underneath with the car on the floor?

No point cleaning anything yet, not til it's back and drivable at least.
It's not the decat, it's the lower boost pipe Smile and when it's on the floor there's about an inch or two of clearance from the ground

RE: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - Scott - 01-05-2013

Must stop looking at photos on my phone. That sounds like a recipe for disaster...

RE: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - Poodle - 02-05-2013

Ahah, good stuff!

Bless you petrol peeps, decat pipe lol! Thats the normal stage 2 lower turbo pipe scott, standard procedure. Wink

RE: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - Dum-Dum - 02-05-2013

Cant you get the boost pipe up in the gap between the box and the sump, you might need to bend the PAS pipe a little.

RE: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - Midnightclub - 02-05-2013

Yeah that seems to hang pretty damn low tbh.. Mine was nicely tucked up (giggidy)

RE: Vaughan's (and Jonnys) HDi Estate - Poodle - 02-05-2013

Looks to me as if that pipe's not connected to anything in that pic, may be why it's hanging low.

It's connected, just not at the front!
