Theyre never that early... usually meet about 12 and dont really go home till 4/5ish

Why not a start at 4 still gives you 4-5 hours before it gets dark! and isnt a bank hol the next day to?

guys if your talking about 4PM thats starting to get a bit late for me to be arsed and i really dont like driving back late at night.
We usually do midday or 1pm as thats the best for most people.
Also if we meet late on a sunday very few places will be open for food.
