Its getting to the point, im going to drop the N/S Suspension off and rebuild it again, bloody frustrating.

yeah does sound similar.
Often I get at least two heavy "clicks" when pulling away though.

not been able to look at that yet.
I STILL have yet to lift the engine off its mounts to check them all.
This I plan to do friday.
Plan is...hoist engine up. blocks under for safety.
Remove all mounts and inspect.

Got the same noise on mine to, a clunk when pulling off and under heavy braking and sometimes over bumps also sometimes changing up under heavy load. it's been to three garages and they can find anything wrong, i am exhausted with it now, everything has been changed shocks,springs,spring cups,droplinks,ball joints,bottom arms,arbs,arb clamps, all bolts/nuts. :-(
