Actually yes, I don't see why not, as long as you are a Cat B registered breaker? and can have all the paperwork ready for copart?
Which seems in itself expensive when you could buy a shell + engine elsewhere for less hassle?

It really does suck that they cat B it and it'll never see the road again.
The bidding has gone up to £40 now so there is 2 people out there who want a flood damaged Rallye.

I was at a night rally service the other weekend and a black T reg rallye was competing! Looked awesome in full road rally spec

There's two black rallyes that I know of in Hereford, matts is one and the owner of an air conditioning company has a mint one stashed away somewhere

Been speaking to someone that knows that guy really well. He has over 35 classics and most of them are french!
