Right that is a 306 balljoint. The bit with the 3 holes sits inside the end of the wishbone. You want to measure from one of them bolt holes to the ball joint pin its self. I bet you will find that the one on the side your having troubles with is shorter than the other side. If so, replace the ball joint (only about £15 from ECP) with one for a PAS car.

Awesome thanks Niall Smile so I wanna measure from the centre of the hole to the centre of the ball joint pin like this?

yeah can do. you will have to remove the ball joint from the hub to dp that so you could just measure both from one of the bolts to a point on the back of the hub

Yeah that way will be easier so measure from the bolt to the hub
