Definitely still happening, spent some time last night making up the maps etc. Does anyone have a decent printer? Mine only does black and white and at 1 sheet every two minutes lol.
Would like to confirm vehicle numbers if possible, so far i've got:

Please add your name to the list asap, else there won't be a copy of the map for you.
A venue and the actual BBQ is being sorted hopefully, bring your own food, drink and any charcoal you've got lying about the place though.
