but turning up fuel pump and waste gate should counter act the lower power right?

I don't notice any real difference in power when running on 100% veg. I just put my foot down a bit further if need be.

Trent if your smoking on and off boost try advancing the pump a little. Maybe turn the boost up a notch too.
