I remember seeing a black Rallye with MO5's in yellow and it looked amazing! I reckon Liquid yellow like your badges...! Wink

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Piggy - 17-08-2013

yellow yellow yellow!

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - 4WayDiablo - 17-08-2013

Those badges looked sweet!
I'd say keep the wheels white though, just give them a clean!

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Matt - 17-08-2013

Yellow looks abit urm..... Dated.

It's like when everyone went out and did bright wheels because it was the in thing. They always did yellow green pink or blue lol,

Just makes you look like you are abit slow to catch up to the scene lol

Says the man with bright red wheels on his white car.

I love it, but also hearing what matts saying. Could always fun the 1.2s as daily and use yellow mo5s for track. Plus, tyres will be cheaper on 15's

Means I won't be able to run 310mm tho! Ahhhh Sad

PS. Does anyone no where I can get yellow 6 badges?

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - vlj - 17-08-2013

The yellow badges are from a ph2 I believe

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Curt - 17-08-2013

The yellow badges are dated IMO. I'd say keep the wheels white, maybe just a refurb? Looks sweet though.

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Just Sean - 17-08-2013

Just want yellow 6's to match the rest.

Thinking of doing wheels white, and having he inside yellow. They're a dark purple atm. Then try and get some yellow centre caps (impossible) and yellow compomotive stickers.

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Curt - 17-08-2013

You can't get just yellow 6's, it's a big square badge. Just paint some!

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Just Sean - 17-08-2013

That's what im thinking!

I'm going to see Colin on Monday so might see if he has some kicking around

Thoughts on yellow fogs? And yellow fuel cap strips? There farbon cibre atm and I kinda like um!!

Kezzie, can you do a yellow fogs shop please

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Curt - 17-08-2013

Wouldn't go overboard, it'll start looking too much! Definite no to fuel cap strips...

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Just Sean - 17-08-2013

Ikr!

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Just Sean - 17-08-2013

This is what my old man reckons...

Deffo dark ones mate...either gloss black or gun metal grey...yellow is too council house boy racer chav bastard...

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Kezzieboy - 17-08-2013

How's this?

Yellow wheels definitely look better, problem with Astor is dark greys don't work, nor does black, so they have to be silver or a colour IMO (I don't like white wheels really).

Also, where's my rep biznitches?

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - cully - 17-08-2013

maybe the yellow number plate on the front too

Big Grin

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Just Sean - 26-08-2013

Just a small update.

Fitted my oil cooler today, just need to plumb it in, will probably do that tomorrow when pugrot open so I can buy an OEM filter.

Have also fitted phase 1 interior, it sits slightly lower (no helmet rub) giggidy and it gigs better. Well, my helmet still rubs (bloody sunroof!) But should sort it if I take a file to my helmet!

I'm umming and arring about fitting a cage. I'd want to keep the interior in though...

Can't wait to go away on some detachments, need the extra dolla for my bodies and other plans!!

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Scott - 26-08-2013

Sean I've got some yellow badges lying around I believe!

Also you should totally do the mo5s candy purple!

This! Heart

Sean, considered fitting a non sun roof skin?

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Just Sean - 26-08-2013

I have, but I like having a sunroof. I'll put up with it until I decide of I'm gonna really go all out track car. If I do I'll orbs get a cf skin made up

I wanna get rid of the mo5s. Want something wider/bigger.

And Scott, if they're yellow 6s I'll have them fsure!

RE: Sean's (& Ed's & Scott's) Astor GTi6 - Poodle - 27-08-2013

Please don't cage it with the interior still in, looks competely retarded.
