It's a shame that this does seem to be the general attitude these days.
Oh and I dont have the confidence to answer back/rebel against people with more power than myself like the security guard.....
tom at the end of the day, whats the worst the security guard can do to you? f*ck all a part from ask you to leave the store, which you were anyway. just bare this in mind, some people get giving a little power and it goes to their head. so they need to be brought back down. one lass i work with done this to a manager at work the other week. manager sharp changed his tune to that person.
