I want one but can't see me paying over the odds for one, so would have to be cheap Smile

Re: cb radio users ? - burnmw - 31-12-2011

Is there no way you can rig the aerial up inside the car? Is the base just there to hold it down/can it be removed?

And it might be a daft question, but, who exactly do you talk to?

Re: cb radio users ? - stevieg - 31-12-2011

truckers mainly. if you like talking to complete strangers then its an option too. if you have a good setup you can get as far as the usa but most can pick up europe on their radios

not that i am aware of, yeah its a magnetic mount that also earths the unit. and you can remove it when you want to. and you talk to ...other cb users, friends and taxi drivers (entertaining) and whoever else you can persuade to fit one

Re: cb radio users ? - pistolpete - 31-12-2011
