RE: The error code hungry hdi - karl1989 - 27-02-2013

should be ok with a 5mm spacers mine was.

RE: The error code hungry hdi - lolsteve - 27-02-2013

5mm sounds better (cheaper) Big Grin any idea what wheel bolts would need since I tried the lasers ones on today and they didnt seem to like it

Also how far can you go with non hubcentric spacers before things get dodgey

RE: The error code hungry hdi - Dum-Dum - 27-02-2013

they look way too far inside the arches without spacers. 20mm is a good size, they do come up on ebay second hand.

This what I'm looking for? Would 15mm mean i dont need to roll

Also planning on sound proofing soon, start off with some silent coat to stop panel rattle

RE: The error code hungry hdi - Poodle - 28-02-2013

No, i made that mistake, those change your centre bore to 72.1.

RE: The error code hungry hdi - Dum-Dum - 28-02-2013

Very good price though.

This where you want to go http://www.speedshack.co.uk/Wheelnuts.htm

Hes defo got 2 sets of alloy 20mm ones in and probably some 15mm ones too. Its a 2 day wait for the steel ones that bolt to the hub but these are what ive just got

RE: The error code hungry hdi - lolsteve - 01-03-2013

Emailed the spacer dude asking if he has ones that don't change the center bored size , he replied with a quote of £120 ... think thats a no go.

Speed shack does seem to be the cheapest about, currently bidding on some ebay ones though hopefully save a few pennies
Failing that I'll temp go on 5mm

RE: The error code hungry hdi - lolsteve - 06-03-2013

20mm spacers ordered, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281071111681?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
Comes with tapered bolts going to sell them and buy flat seats

Picking up some s16 (blue carpet) this week to brighten up the interior as i've always felt the interior was quite dark

RE: The error code hungry hdi - lolsteve - 20-03-2013

s16 Carpet in with some cloud 9 11mm underlay in too , kind rushed job now the handbrake centre bit doesn't fit properly and is on there by gravity forces only
Only the doors left to do on soundproofing now
