Was my day off yesterday, spent most of it in the garden and got the BBQ going when Gen finished work, not looking forward to being stuck in the office all day today. 6am and its already 20 degrees

If the dog isn't scared of one, when outside or on walks, take a spray bottle of cold water and spray them every now and again to help keep them cool
orr if your going to the park or something, take an ice pack and a towel to wrap it in for the dog to sit on after a lil run, helps a lot!

Perfect day to work on the speedboat so i pulled out some staples, cleaned it and vaccuumed it out. Then i fell asleep in the 306... and then came inside and watched tv. Real productive... D:
Still work has rung me up and im instructing afternoons from 3 till 6 so now i actually get paid to go sailing in the sun! epic!

was hot over here, but overcast as well; couldnt stay at my desk even with windows open and desk fan giving it gas mark 5 !!!!!
shirt/tie/ jobbies are not the ideal outfit in this weather at all !! forecast is that this will stay till into next week which will be ok as the bank holidays soon
