Anyone point me in the direction of a guide? I've had a quick browse but I'm at work, cant see what I'm looking for in the space of time in which I can hide in a toilet

You are super lucky that you got some money back !! In the car world I always thought sold as soon as inspect the car with a magnifying glass and knock money off there and then cos later would definitely be too late ! Good on ya !!

Cheers Dave, I was seriously surprised. As soon as I saw sold as seen that was it. My heart sunk. But tried my luck and ran some jargon and it paid off!!
