Alright mate. PM ed you

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peugeot-205-306-309-406-806-1-8-1-9-Diesel-Cylinder-Head-Gasket-Set-HS678-/171155249420?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item27d9a5d90c

This one lists it to be suitabe for both 1.8 and 9?

It excludes the hg itself though, and probably has a mix of gaskets for both heads, which is what makes it suitable for both.

Waiting to hear back from Johnny on monday! He's hopefully sorting it for me, I have popped te head off my spare engine in the other car and impressed to find hone marks still in the bores with no ridge. Will get this one rebuilt when I kill my current one.

It had a fibre gasket on? Does anyone know whether the xud7s actually ever were fitted with a MLS gasket? also how does the notch thing work?
the gasket I took off my spare engine has 2 notches then a gap and then 3 nothes

has it been skimmed
