Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - kingy - 25-03-2012 cool. save me a packet that would. i like your lows. all needs to be done by fcs and im running out of money and time. Police/tyre stretch lolz - Matt - 25-03-2012 It's really not bad, I can have two in the. Back and two in the front and still manage to not bottom out. Well tbf only time I do is in the spreed bump at the top of my road. But that's more of a mountain than a speed bump haha Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - kingy - 25-03-2012 mines not as low as yours and i carnt get 2 of my mats in the back without scrubbing. how is this. is it down to not having archers rolled and stiffer dampers? Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - Toms306 - 25-03-2012 Might have a broken beam kingy, the wheels lean in and scrub the liners..... Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - kingy - 25-03-2012 Please don't say that. It feels fine but I think the tyres do toe in slightly at the top. Is this how you tell if your beam is knacked. If not how do you tell. Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - kingy - 25-03-2012 shiit.but it feels fine and got no knocks from it. is it still safe to drive. Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - Ian - 25-03-2012 Mine is like this /--l And I do track days on mine. lol Police/tyre stretch lolz - Matt - 25-03-2012 kingy Wrote:shiit.but it feels fine and got no knocks from it. is it still safe to drive. Not safe at all, if it goes it will open up a wormhole under your car which will swallow you and your car ![]() On a serious note, yes it will be fine, will just keep going to it really breaks. Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - C.A.R. - 26-03-2012 Matt you have almost the same setup as my old 306(s) in that I had 195s over a 7.5" rim. It barely stretches tbh. The questionable safety comes about when you fit silly-wide wheels (I'm talking 8.5J upwards) onto (of all things) something like a FWD Golf. Then fit tyres which are simply much smaller than they need to be in width. But the cool kids think it looks cool and I suppose spending money on new tyres once every 8 weeks does prevent them from buying lots of drugs. Re: Police/tyre stretch lolz - cwspellowe - 26-03-2012 It does look cool, and I do like my drugs. f*ck yous.
