The ones I'm looking at are 2 metres tall so not the tallest but will stand out nicely!

That raises a good point. if we are put on tarmac, we will need a base for the flags. Who fancies welding a bit of pipe to some sheet steal for some bases? lol. If we are on grass, its no worries as they have a spike on them

Thats what i was thinking, just a metal plate with a pipe welded on to park on.

Umbrella stand would be good but they are heavy and someone has to get it there lol

Also, got to agree with Jamie, I dont see much point in a 2m flag pole. Just wont quite do it justice. 4m sounds waaaaay better

Yeah i know but they are 30 quid each. We could just weld a pipe onto a plate and its basically the same thing for much less Wink
