You don't need a fuel heater the xud has a built in fuel heater under the fuel filter housing
but you dont really need one any way i used to run my 106 on 100% with out one.

What's the difference between a 9 and an 11 ? I'm looking more for economy than out and out power...and the potential to run on veg oil.
